Yea, that award goes to Reese Witherspoon in 1996's "Freeway." While there is a ton of greatness in that film, from the "Fuck you, Chipmunk face!" to the "Bueno Sexo," hooking in East Los, Reese was the golden haired white chola that exists in every barrio. Do yourself a favor and buy this movie ASAP. It's probably the most brilliant piece of work she has ever done. In the meantime, enjoy this little clip as well.

I can't fucking believe how great Reese and Kiefer Sutherland were in this flick, because I usually avoid these two at any costs. But this one is 90's exploitation at its finest!
